What a great experience it was to work with Empire Surfaces, Inc. In this time where we seem to hear only the negative side of things I wanted to take a moment and share a positive. This company was really great from the beginning to the end of the process. Ana and Tammy are the office people and both of them were so polite, professional, and efficient.
I made a request for granite and within a day Ana contacted me to complete the details of my order. Then within 1/2 an hour from speaking to Ana, Tammy finalized everything!!! Great people and really on top of it! And best of all, they scheduled my granite install within 2 weeks!!!
The guys who installed the granite were right ON TIME, knowledgeable and professional. We had bought a sink for them to install that was not an easy install, but they knew just how to get it in the space and my granite just looks FANTASTIC!!! I have 3 rentals and will definitely be using them again!!

I received a high recommendation from a friend regarding Empire. This friend does not make recommendation and took him at his word. So we recommended Empire to a family member that is extremely hard to please. He was 100% satisfied with them, so when we decided to remodel our master bath we chose Empire for our countertop, sink, shower. I can't say enough about Empire. Personable, Professional, willingness to satisfy each customer 100% until the job is complete. We were not disappointed!
We continue to recommend Empire to all of our friends and family. My brother and sister-in-law is our latest. They just had the kitchen countertops put in and she is so excited on how beautiful it is (another hard to please person).
I highly recommend Empire Surface. Finding a company like them is one in a million! They are awesome!

I had Empire provide and install Cambria Quartz counters in my kitchen a few months ago. They were on time and did a great job with the install. I wound up having an issue with the counter (no fault of theirs) and when Cambria wouldn't fix the issue Empire stepped up and took care of it completely despite the fact that it wasn't their fault. I found the customer service to be excellent (I dealt with Tanya and Andy) and I will certainly use them when I remodel my bathrooms.

I was a customer that purchased a new slide-in oven. This required adjustments to my existing Zodiaq counter tops. Other services indicated that dust from the cuts to my counter tops would leave my kitchen a mess. Empire Surface made the necessary adjustments in the counter tops with no mistakes and clean lines. During the cuts they use a two vacuum system to collect dust and coupled with their post implementation cleanup left the kitchen cleaner than the oven installer who a few days later just had to slide the oven in and replace the microwave hood.
I highly recommend this company to everyone and told the retailer who sold me the appliances to recommend them for all counter top adjustments, especially granite and quartz!

I usually don't write reviews, but Empire's pricing, skill, efficiency and professionalism compelled me to write this one. I requested a quote by email on a Sunday evening, got a response from Andy at 8am the next morning (which was even a holiday), and had Mike at my home doing measurements 2 hours later! Only 2 days after that, I was looking at my gorgeous new granite counter top & sinks. The quality of the materials and workmanship is amazing, and the guys were as neat and efficient as they could possibly be. I truly have never had such an incredible experience with any service provider, and would enthusiastically recommend Empire to anyone!!

We recently used Empire Surfaces for the purchase and installation of our new Cambria quartz kitchen countertops when we did a kitchen remodel, and can't say enough about how pleasant the entire experience was from start to finish. It took several trips to the store to finally decide on the perfect design and color to complement our white cabinets (we went with Cambria's "Bellingham"), and during the entire process Susan was extremely patient and helpful in not only taking us to the back several times to see the slabs of stone in order to provide us with an idea of what a large piece would look like, but also offered suggestions as to what would work well. The technicians who measured and installed the countertops did an excellent job, ensuring that everything fit perfectly. We're absolutely delighted with our new countertops and have received many compliments from family and friends who have come by to see the results of our remodel. We plan to use Empire Surfaces when changing out our bathroom countertops next and certainly would recommend Empire Surfaces to anyone planning on a remodeling project.

The folks at Empire are a class act. They were always on schedule. I priced many companies prior to the first job they did for us. They were not the cheapest, but were very competitive in their pricing. They had great selections of many materials to choice from and were very knowledgeable about all of the products they offer. They did our home, master bath, kitchen and second bathroom about a year ago. My son was interested in a kitchen upgrade. The first company we went to was Empire. If they had not done a excellent job the first time, they would have never been considered for a second. The install was yesterday. As always they were on schedule and it turned out PERFECT. I will recommend Empire to all my friends and family, HIGHLY.
